My daughter has been going here for about 3 years now, and we continue to add classes b/c she loves it so much. Her skills she has learned are amazing, including the strength and balance she has gained. The instructors are great, and it´s a great atmosphere for learning and trying new skills safely.

This place is awesome! Very accommodating regarding my needs, instructors are awesome, and many different apparatuses to utilize. Just an awesome place to get my fitness in! I highly recommend for those who have special needs like me..
