I love the classes and instructors! Each instructor gives different variations of classes, but all give you modifications and options within the poses. I appreciate morning and evening classes as my schedule varies. I love attending a foundations class, followed by flow. I really appreciate all of the instructors taking time at the end of class to review the weekly airpow and any other poses I might have struggled with throughout class to ensure the pose gets mastered. My first class was in April 2023 and I´ve been attending ever since. I recommend taking a class for fun and to strengthen your core!
