I have been attending classes since May 2023 and highly recommend it. Anna has been a great help to me in my pole and aerial goals. As someone with some prior pole experience, she welcomed that and has helped to fill in my missing gaps while continuing to advance my skills. I have taken classes with all the instructors and they are amazing and supportive. I am thankful to have found this studio and look forward to my growth with it!

AK Pole Studio Teacher Training-

I took the teacher training with Anna K in November and it was excellent. Even with 6 years of experience, Anna made me realize all of the moves I take for granted and made me remember how it was to be a beginner. This training improved my self awareness, my muscle memory, and it has made me a better and more emphatetic pole coach. I cannot recommend this studio and this training enough!.
