I´ve taken an array of classes here – aerial silks, aerial yoga, pilates, and even private lessons to work on specific skills and strendth. I love them all! Excellent teachers, beautiful atmosphere, friendly and fun students. It was great also having something to do off my feet while I recovered from an injury I got doing something else.

New to Lyra! Glad I found challenge aerial close to my neighborhood! Open studio is a great option for me to practice Lyra outside of class, super excited to go back and possibly take some Lyra classes!
