I took Sonja’s foundation of pole last night, definitely a 20/10, Sonja was patient and friendly as well as making sure I got the moves down, as well as encouraging, I will definitely be back to taking her classes! I learned more in her class, then I did at another studio, that I took 3 times already. Even the students were friendly as well! 🙂

This is a VERY FUN workout experience. I started coming here when I was in a stand still of working out. They offer pole, yoga and workshops at this studio. It is a very female friendly environment, the instructors want you to succeed, and you get a killer workout without even realizing it. This place is very near and dear to my heart because it really is the start to my fitness journey.
