If I had to pick my favorite place in Lexington, this would be it. Candace and all of the instructors are incredibly talented and great at catering classes to each student´s needs and level. I also love the variety of classes – pole training, flexibility training, dance choreography, chair dancing, pole flow, yoga, and more. The membership options also make classes affordable and easy to sign up for in advance. But this studio is so much more than a place to dance and train. The community at this studio is so supportive and helps everyone who comes in feel safe and comfortable to explore new things and challenge themselves. This is what really sets Empowered Flow apart from similar studios. You don´t have to be an athlete or dancer to feel comfortable, have fun, train, and feel empowered here.

I tried out the intro classes and it was AWESOME. I was a little intimidated beforehand but the instructor, Veronica, was super welcoming and understanding that we might feel awkward. Everyone I´ve met there has been laid back and down to earth. The owner even reached out before my first class to make sure I had good directions to the studio and to see if I had any questions. I was extremely impressed with the level of communication from both the instructor and owner, Candace. Can´t say enough good things about my experience! Highly recommend!!.
