Loved my visit here! I was on vacation with a friend of mine. This was her first class. We both loved it! Krystal was so patient, flexible and kind! She was essentially teaching two classes while we were there, and she multi-tasked perfectly. The warm ups were so effective amd helpful. She left me and my homegirl some tips to leave with. I plan on booking her for some virtual privates soon! The studio was small (3 poles) but she keeps the classes small and personal so it worked! She also followed COVID-19 guidelines.

All the teachers are incredibly skilled and passionate! They go out of their way to cater to your individual skill level. It’s a very inclusive environment, everyone always makes you feel welcomed. I’ve been coming a few months and can’t get enough of it. It’s really helped me to feel comfortable and at home in my body. I always walk away feeling inspired to keep practicing. Krystal (the owner) works tirelessly to make the classes enjoyable for all skill levels. Shes the perfect teacher, patient and nonjudgmental but always encourages you to try your hardest. She truly cares about her students. I feel so blessed to have come across this wonderful community.
