If you’re considering trying pole dancing for the first time and you’re anxious about it, this is 100% the place to go. I did all the 6 week series classes and loved that setup. It helped me stay accountable (how many times have I tried a new fitness class once and never returned), helped build community (each 6 weeks there is a “cohort” so you get to know each other) and it’s super beginner friendly so you can feel comfortable attending other classes with basic skills and more confidence. Try it out- this studio is diverse in representation of body types, age, gender, race and fitness levels.

I love going to Honey Groove Studio! I have taken a variety of classes over the years and have appreciated all the instructors and fellow students. The studio is clean, inviting, and intimate. These classes are the only time I have ever really enjoyed working out because I have so much fun that I don´t realize how hard I´m actually working. Classes are easy to schedule online, which is a huge plus!
