What one pole class with this studio did for me. I took one intro to pole class and let me tell you the environment is so loving and welcoming! It has gotten me out of a dark place mentally, and I now feel confident and beautiful in my own skin.The class had such an impact on me I bought an at home pole to train. 100% support this studio and the owner of the pole studio is so sweet if you wanna get into pole fitness go here you will not regret it ! I will definitely only be taking pole classes here !

Went to a fifteen -year old´s birthday party today and had so much fun!! The girls had a blast flying around on the poles and swinging in the hoops and on the silks. Very good exercise as well from what I could tell. The owner/dance instructor was absolutely amazing and sweet with the girls. Such a fun birthday party for a teenager..
