Love love LOVE this studio! I started coming about 7 months ago, and fell in love with the #womensupportingwomen vibes, the artistic ambiance in the studio, and the amazing instructors. The confidence it´s given me and the empowerment I feel every time I walk out of class has affected me positively in too many ways to count. Highly recommend this studio to any curious soul looking to try out pole dancing in a fun, creative, and safe space <3

If you’re searching for your inner power, a great workout and a supportive community – Kinetic Arts Tucson is the place for you!

The new space is better than ever. Right off 4th Ave with tall ceilings, parking, and climate control.

If you’ve ever been curious to try pole or aerial hoop (lyra), I highly encourage you to start here! The founder is a fabulous human and provides a safe space for people to explore different styles of movement safely.

Since pole is historically contentious, it’s even more important to know who your money supports in this industry. I chose Kinetic Arts because the owner, Brenna, has been in the game over 20 years. She’s an ally and community activist and truly wants her clients to shine from the inside out. THIS is the most legit spot in Tucson, hands down.
