Im in a phase of trying new things and saying yes and I’m SO happy that I said yes to trying Niko’s Lair! It was my first pole class ever and it was such a positive, empowering experience. Niko’s energy is absolutely infectious and she is the sweetest instructor! I’m typically shy and quiet, but I felt so comfortable the entire class and I absolutely cannot wait to go back again! If you’re on the fence, please just do it!
The studio is clean and beautiful, everyone is so supportive and encouraging. 11/10 experience!

First off, the studio is BEAUTIFUL! The instructors are super nice and patient. There´s a great variety of classes. They have spin poles, static poles and no-pole/dance classes. I´ve been taking pole on and off for a while so I´m not quite a beginner but I´m not ready for the advanced classes. The instructors give modifications to make sure you´re able to do moves no matter what level you´re at. The vibe in this studio is very sexy, clean, fun and welcoming to EVERYONE!
