Did a beginners class with my daughter. Neither of us particularly athletic or “in shape.” Christina was an amazing instructor for both of us, able to relate to both of us easily and provide the instruction we needed for a great experience. I would 100% recommend and I look forward to booking more classes.

Very cool instructor, she checks one-on-one with everyone in the beginner class to make sure we are feeling comfortable and can do the new move she teaches. Very comfortable environment, we started with stretches then she taught us some basic moves and at the end there was a freestyle period where we got to practice everything we learned..
