This review is overdue. As an activity to do something new, I took an intro class on Friday, 01-13-23.

I was very nervous but I made it thru the class. It was a good workout. There was a nice amount of people in the class but not too many for the instructor to not be available to give feedback. The staff seemed diverse. I´m not sure if I´d return, but it was a good experience.

My friend suggested I do this class with her because I’ve had ALOT going on. We went to the introduction class and I was sooo nervous. However, as the class continued I experienced a confidence I never have before! I felt free, liberated, beautiful, and confident in my body! I strongly recommend this class to anyone to try! Not to mention it’s a great workout lol I was sore the next day! I was working out without even realizing it, which is so up my alley lol. I would love to get the membership soon!
