I can not say enough about this studio! I have been going for 3.5 years and I have learned so much! Charlotte is an amazing teacher and makes an atmosphere that is safe and fun. I have never felt so strong. It is an amazing workout.

Such a fun experience!! It´s wonderful that they give you 90 minutes for a private party – I can´t imagine being done after only an hour. Our teacher highlighted each person´s effort, took video of our little routine, and took pictures. My initial email communications were going into my spam folder (never happened to me before) but when I messaged the Facebook page, the owner was super kind and understanding! I´d do this for every bachelorette party and take classes if I lived in the area – it´s so fun and a great workout!
