I love this place! This was my first ever pole class and I’ll definitely be returning. My instructor was Daria and she was so supportive and empowering. As someone who doesn’t workout, this was such a fun experience that really worked out my entire body. I’m sore everywhere

If you´re looking for a place to learn pole, look no further. I started taking classes here a few months ago and I am so happy with the instructors, my progress, and everything about this place!

It´s such a chill and welcoming environment. There´s no judgment here! It´s a truly safe place to learn and dance free of negativity. All the instructors have unique and informative ways of teaching and you get something out of every class. The morning classes are extra nice because there´s usually only a few people there and you get extra attention. But even when class is full the instructors find time to guide and support everyone!

I had previously been going to another studio but I switched to Rise because it´s closer to me and the difference in quality has been noticeable. I recommend this place to everyone who wants to learn pole and get in touch with their sexy side!

The pricing is alao6 fair and their packages are great if you want to attend classes regularly. If you´re wanting to try it, just go! You won´t regret it.
