Only giving a low rating because of the condition of the studio.I love the instructors, I follow them everywhere they teach but unfortunately this studio is falling apart. I continue to come here for convenience but have slowly started to pull away to try other studios. I’m really disappointed in the lack of care being given to it. It gets so dirty your socks and feet are black at the end of class. I have to scrub the floor around my pole before class and it’s always gross. Sometimes I see the same stain on the floor for weeks. The flooring moves and is falling apart. There are huge gaps that can cause serious injury. I’ve cut myself on the flooring twice already and have seen peoples heels get caught. When I notified the owner about my Injury I was told they were working on it. That was back in May.Now there are ceiling tiles broken and missing showing exposed wires. Often there are no cleaning supplies for the class, the soap dispenser isn’t refilled or there’s no paper towels. Some of the poles have chips or dents in them. When poles break or shift in class they often don’t get fixed for weeks. The longest a pole stood out of order was almost 4 weeks. Even the poles don’t work they don’t reduce the class size so there will be times the classes are overbooked and there are poles out of order. With the price spike in memberships I was hoping they were going to fix at least the dangerous parts in the studio but nothing. The poles are so close to each other us students are constantly hitting each-other. Sure we try to alternate so we can avoid injury but that isn’t something we should be worrying about. The air conditioning in the place is so bad we were suffering during the summer. Only the vent in the receptionist area works but not in the pole room. Don’t even get me started on the bug infestations. A lot of OG students have stopped coming or switched studios due to the lack of response to our concerns. With the turn around of their instructors recently there is not much keeping the OG students around. Really hoping some change happens from the owners end before someone gets seriously injured because of that flooring.

I love this place! I have only been here twice and both of my experiences were awesome! The instructors are super friendly and helpful and very patient with new students. Both were taught differently but both made me want to keep coming back! 🙂 Shout out to their front desk too because they give great service and hospitality always a welcoming vibe and very thorough with explaining policies and straight forward. Definitely will be becoming a loyal customer. :).
