Most of the times I´ve gone, I´ve had to share a pole. Some of the teachers don´t know how to effectively manage and teach each cohort, especially when there are a whole range of experience levels in a class.

In inversion conditioning, an instructor didn´t walk through the stages for the second cohort which I was in. I ended up dislocating my toe since I didn´t know how to properly land from an inversion. It took ~2 months to heal.

Don´t get me wrong, there are some great instructors here. I would recommend going to a different and smaller studio with better overall instructors.

Amazing place, the staff is super warm and friendly, instructors are of the highest quality, the place is beautiful, very clean and stylish, highly recommend. they also have an unlimited beginner classes package for a month at only 150$, so worth it! Thank you Pole and dance :).
