I absolutely recommend Positive Spin!! I went to a Pole Dance Party with a group for a friend’s bachelorette party, and it was so fun! It’s probably one of my highlights of the year honestly. We learned a pole dance routine and a chair dance routine. The atmosphere was super fun and positive which helped me break out of my shell and just go for it! After that experience we all left feeling empowered and body-positive!

Absolutely recommend positive pole dancing to beginners. Alyssa was super nice and energetic. She got us out of the bubble and tried to make the magic happen 😂 ….
