Adriana is the best! I have taken pole classes at several different studios and while I’ve never had a bad instructor, she’s my favorite by far. I love that she prioritizes safety and doesn’t push you to go farther than what your body can handle. I also love how she gives every student in her class individual attention and will physically spot you if you’re not fully comfortable doing something on your own. She is very encouraging and I always look forward to going to her class and making progress every week.

I’ve been taking classes at Sensual Souls for the last four months and I must say I’m addicted. I love the aerial silk and pole classes and I love how supportive all the instructors as well as the other students in the class are. I’ve learned so much and made so many friends in these classes. The instructors really work hard to make sure each student learns at their own pace which was really important to me having never worked out before. Special shout out to Amanda, Rachel, Alana, and Patsy!
