I’ve been attending this studio on and off for a year and would recommend it to anyone trying to get more into fitness. Especially those who want to work on arm and core strength, and flexibility.
Class booking is done via the Fit By Wit app. There are 6 poles in the studio so classes tend to book out. But sometimes there is a last min opening if you’re on the waitlist.
They will be starting a beginner to pole package soon, so I’m looking forward to that.

Most welcoming pole studio to all skill levels! Classes are intimate and instructors take their time with every student to make sure everyone is learning and comfortable. Josh is one of the best pole instructors I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Close-knit community. You will feel the love..
