The owner is a true artist, evident in her thoughtfully crafted class curriculum and phenomenal selection of instructors. I have taken classes with every instructor over the past 7 months and no one has failed me thus far. They not only teach the mechanics of pole dancing with a focus on proper muscle use and engagement but are also your biggest cheerleaders!

The atmosphere in each class is incredibly welcoming, reflecting the studio´s commitment to inclusivity and connection. It’s quite clear that this studio, the owner, and the instructors do not subscribe to scarcity or gatekeeping. Rather, they support you on a journey can be intimidating and both physically and mentally challenging, requiring you to confront various components of yourself while having fun. Studio Nightshade provides a safe and empowering space that has helped me build a positive connection with my body, be more creative and ultimately, nurtured personal growth.

I tried a class with the owner, Natalya and LOVED the floor work heavy choreohraphy. I felt like I learned so much so fast with her prompts and lead. I also took an intro level pole class with Orion, who gave such good instructions on how to nail every pose and transition smoothly. She really went through each movement in detail to help everyone who was struggling to get it, which made it feel more personalized even during a full class. I can’t wait to try more classes at the studio. It’s so fun to get to dance and learn a new skill in a really comfortable environment, where everyone is encouraging you to feel good about your progress and see actual progress each time..
