Twisted Fitness is a treat for sure!!! I love everything about the women there and the new friends I’ve made since I signed up in April. Once you go for the first time, it’s hard not to want to go back. They are all about women empowerment and uplifting women for who we are and where we’re at. I’ll be honest that I was nervous the first time I went to a class, but I warmed up really quick!!! I’ve become so much more confident at being sexy and appreciating my body where it is at. I love the diversity in the girls who take the classes as well as the wonderful ladies who teach the classes! I honestly cannot say enough good things about this place!!! Super happy I joined and celebrated my birthday with these amazing women!!!!

This experience was all I wanted and more for my girl’s night out/birthday celebration. The instructors were awesome, the vibe was awesome, the hospitality was awesome, and my party and I had a BLAST!! I HIGHLY recommend this experience if you are looking for a fun time free from inhibitions!
