Absolutely amazing!! If you’re looking for a full body work out then this is definitely the place for you. Body positive place both instructors are awesome and super sweet. In one hour you will have learned a routine and also had a great work out. I’ve been going for a month and have learned so many different tricks . I look forward to my sessions every week. Be prepared though to have some bruises but if your legs don’t look like cheetah print then you’re not doing it right lol . This work out hands down is better than anything I’ve ever done at the gym.

Kara (co-owner) has been a good friend of mine for ten years and not only have I watched her grow as a person on multiple levels, I have watched her grow in her passion and skill for pole fitness. She is dedicated to her dreams and always working to improve herself. I could not imagine a better instructor if you are interested in trying out pole classes. You will not be disappointed. And may even gain some new friends while your at it. These ladies are amazing and deserve 10 stars. I would highly recommend to anyone even if you aren´t sure, give it a shot! What is there to lose ???!.
