If you are reading this review, just go!! I have been going on and off for almost a year, and I can say with complete certainty that I am a better person when I spend more time here. Whether you’re looking to dip your toe into yoga or pole, you’re an experienced yogi/dancer, or you just feel like something is missing from your life, you will find something that is for you here…along with a compassionate, loving, and accepting group of people who take you exactly as you are every day and leave you a little (or a lot) better. Every single instructor is amazing and brings their own unique value and strength to the studio. I am extremely grateful and fortunate to have found Sankalpa and to have been influenced so greatly by those who work there and the whole community. Special shoutouts to Jessy, Missie, Kimmy, and Stephanie – seriously you are changing me in such a positive way. Thank you endlessly!!! <3.
