Shangri-La Aerial Arts is a fantastic fitness center located in Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA. With a perfect 5.0 rating on Google Business, it’s clear that this place is top-notch. The private lesson we booked with Chloe was an incredible experience. She was friendly, professional, and accommodating, fitting us into her schedule on short notice. The warm ups and stretching were great, and Chloe was attentive to our individual needs and skill levels. The class was challenging, but the progress we made in such a short time was amazing. The only downside was the cost, but the overall experience was well worth it. I highly recommend Shangri-La Aerial Arts for an unforgettable fitness adventure.

I booked a private lesson for my friend and I with Chloe. I had one silks lesson before and my friend had never tried it. Chloe was friendly professional and was able to fit a private lesson into her schedule when I booked it the same week. We did some warm ups and stretching and then dived right in. She was happy to cater to what we wanted to try/learn. She would demonstrate while explaining a move and then let us try. She was happy to spot or assist as necessary. She was good at gauging our abilities to make the class the most fun and rewarding for us. It’s hard work and my strength and balance could definitely use work but you’d be amazed what you can learn/accomplish in a short amount of time. My one complaint was the private lesson was fairly expensive which is to be expected but from what I saw on the website a team building class for 4 people would have cost slightly less than a private lesson for two. Regardless of the price I’m glad we did it.
